By accessing our website or using House Cleaning Pro's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
House Cleaning Pro provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including:
- Standard cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing)
- Deep cleaning (comprehensive top-to-bottom service)
- Move-in/Move-out cleaning
- Custom add-on services (window washing, appliance cleaning, etc.)
Specific services provided will be confirmed in your service agreement or quote.
3. Booking & Appointments
Scheduling: Services are scheduled by appointment only. Confirmation will be sent via email or phone.
Access: You agree to provide safe access to your property at the scheduled time. If we cannot access your property, a cancellation fee may apply.
Changes/Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for changes or cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
4. Pricing & Payment
Quotes: All quotes are estimates based on information provided. Final pricing may adjust based on actual conditions at the time of service.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified.
Late Payments: Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees or collection procedures.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a safe and efficient service, you agree to:
- Secure pets in a safe area during service
- Remove or secure valuable or fragile items
- Provide clear access to all areas to be cleaned
- Disclose any hazards or special conditions in advance
- Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are functional
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will return to address concerns at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover issues arising from customer-provided information errors or conditions beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
House Cleaning Pro is insured and our staff is trained to handle your property with care. However:
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions
- Liability for damage caused during service is limited to the cost of the specific service
- We are not responsible for items not disclosed as fragile or valuable
- Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of House Cleaning Pro and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service to any individual or entity at our discretion, with or without cause. You may discontinue our services at any time by providing notice.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated date will be posted at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Snohomish County, Washington.
